Insurance Claim Submission

Please provide the following information and any other information you feel would help expedite your claim.

  • Names of all parties involved, whether part of the Advntur community or not along with their contact information
  • Location, date and time damage occurred or was recognized
  • Confirmation # given to you by Advntur for the reservation (can be found in the confirmation email you received at the time of booking)
  • Photos
  • Receipts
  • Police reports (required when submitting a claim in excess of $300)
  • Any other documentation that proves ownership, damages and a fair market valuation of the damaged item(s)
  • A narrative description of how the item(s) came to be damaged while participating in an activity through Advntur
